002-0119 it's ban code but I don't have cfw or hombrew launcher I'm in 1.0 version it's because this 3ds isn't very old

from what i see its a ban from not being on lastest firmware. ninty will do that to make it so ya keep updated

I'm trying to update but it's keeping the same error reset the console and try again :'( can you help me out please

Then you have nothing to fear getting official support from Nintendo if it comes to that.

Have you tried the Safe Mode as described in https://www.lifewire.com/nintendo-system-update-failed-1126051 ?
