UPDATE: Bethesda posted on Twiiter about the whole account login. They will be releasing updates for both games to get rid of it. If you guys manage to find the update NSP somewhere on the internet and install it, this thread will be useless. For those who don't update the game, both save datas are needed to play the game. No update is released yet so don't go searching now.

My console was never online. And I do not want to link a foreign NNID.

Then Kefirupdate will work for you.
I never went online and never had a linked account.
Backup all your save games with Checkpoint as you will loose your current user.
Use Kefirupdate and create a linked account.
Restore your backup saves to the new linked account, you need to run each game once with the new user profile beforehand.

that's great advice, thanks. and I am sure it will work. but I will keep waiting for a patched solution. many NNID games have been patched to work without one (control.nacp has to be edited, I guess).
hopefully someone will take care of this here.

tbh I thought of patching as well but this solution was painless apart from having to restore saves one by one, and now all those games I couldn't play work just fine without the need for any internet connection.

Easy fix

Inject these save files with Checkpoint or EdiZon and you'll gain access to play the game

DOOM (1993)
DOWNLOAD SAVE

DOOM 2 (1994)
DOWNLOAD SAVE

Bethesda account. NNID still required, same as Fallout Shelter for ex, another Bethesda title

So I figured it out.
On sd card in /switch/Checkpoint/saves, create the folders
0x010018900DD00000 DOOM
and
0x0100D4F00DD02000 DOOM 2
if not already there.
Inside of each folder, create another subfolder, the name doesn't matter, it's just the name of the backup to restore from.
Copy the playerdata files from the OP in each respective folder.
Make sure you have launched each game at least once previously.
Launch checkpoint
Select the correct user
Select DOOM and restore the save, you will see the name of the backup you entered above
Do the same for DOOM 2
Enjoy

Bloodstained does not have drm. It requires a linked account. There's a Homebrew that can do that on banned consoles.

Kefir updater does that. It deletes all your savegames so backup them before.

apparently the login is a dummy you can use any email address to login its just a ploy to gather email addresses for mailing list .

you can just login once and backup the save files with checkpoint then run the game in airplane mode for bypass.

also note doom 1 & 2 are open source if you buy the wad game files you own the game and you can do whatever you want with it so putting DRM on these games is unacceptable
