Your link included the ROM, zezzo. Attached is the same archive with it removed, I have not tested it though and it says WIP so who knows what was done.

I tried it. It looks like it only translates the chips folder, library, and menu's. Not the in game text. I can't play it like this. Can't understand what the characters are talking about. Oh well. Thanks anyway.
