Hacking Just brought a patched on 8.1.0

They can’t change the chip! It’ll always boot the same way, that’s how the hw has been made. So yes, in this case we CAN predict the future. If nothing else on patched units it’ll always be possible to boot hekate and flash an older backed up firmware.

When did I mention changing the chip or how it boots? I am talking about the firmware that has to be cracked each time. No they cannot stop the exploit but the exploit would be useless on newer firmwares if they weren't cracked.

I could have maybe got it for less. He wanted $450 I got him to $400. reason I say I could have maybe got it for less was because nothing would work. The SD was corrupt and he had no clue what was going on. No game would work. but $400 was a good price......... ohh forgot to mention it also came with a external HDD 320GB with tons of .NSP on it

That's what I thought... But as I haven't seen any news after the latest hack for patched switches on firmware 4.x.x I was kind of insecure...

Glad you persuaded him to cut the price a bit. because honestly 450$ is a bit of overkill.
But nonetheless with all those extra additional stuff it's worth it. Wish they could have lowered the price to 380$ at least

That's probably what they said on PS3 before 3.55 came out. Then there wasn't a hack after that firmware for years. Some models could downgrade though.

PS4 5.05 well over a year no new hack.

And what could Nintendo possibly do? They don’t have any more unexploited special hardware they can use. They could change things up and dely shit from happening for a bit, but not much beyond that
