Gaming Anyone been banned for buying pre-owned games?

I use SXOS emuNAND and also, sysNAND for online. For online I have decided to buy only brand new / sealed games. Has anyone been banned for playing pre owned games? Only reason I ask, someone could dump said game with said cert. trade it in at Game / CEX etc and the next person that buys it, could be banned?

Doesn't matter if you use cart, if your sysnand isn't clean you would still get ban.

My sysNAND is clean. I have a new NNID, And I have only ran physical games that I have bought on it. Separate memory card also.

I've only seen one post on here so far where somebody on a supposedly clean Switch claimed to be banned because of a used cartridge. It's definitely within the realm of possibility, I have avoided used cartridges as well.

There has never been a confirmed case of anyone having been banned by using a used game cartridge.

That would be outrageous if Nintendo did something like that. Though, they probably would get away with it.
