Hello, I have a quick question. Will the Pokémon’s happiness I request from showdown be at max happiness when it is traded over to me? Or do I have to raise it to max happiness myself in the game

If the mon has all your trainer info, the happiness won't reset on trade. If it doesn't have that info, it will reset and you'd have to boost it up yourself. If you intend on requesting something with max happiness (or 0 happiness, most happiness numbers reset to a value of 70), I'd need all the necessary trainer info (TID/SID).
