It said downloadable content for this save is not available. Guess i have to wait for v0.2 patch come out.

Using hex editor on the Switch. First you enter the amount of money you have. Then enter that number in the editor under write 32. Then go back in your game get more money then go back into the editor and enter the new amount you have then search it again you should see the same values now. Then enter the amount you want now

can you do the same save file again but don't touch XP, like leave it at lvl 1 or lvl 10, no more

well, if the usual 16 bit search (0xFFFF = max 65535), you will need a float-to-hex calculator, but try searching for their number in float...
ie. (float)1 = (hex)0x3f800000
