Hacking R4i Gold best firmware / menu

So i bought a R4i Gold card and everything is fine ( been playing soulsilver on it and all) , put the r4 wood kernel v1.64 on the microsd and it is working. However i couldn't find the firmware update for the card nowhere ( the proper website and the link on the firmware post here are dead) and i was also wondering if there was a better kernel / menu option for this card.
