It's time for another Cemu update! Nintendo Wii U emulator, Cemu, has received a new version update, in the form of 1.15.9. This is a minor revision overall, with new changes including more ways to sort your games list, improving upon the emulator's UI, typical bugfixes, and perhaps the most interesting of the bunch, getting DS Virtual Console titles to not crash on boot. If you want to keep updated or try out the new changes, as always, you can grab the latest version on the official site.

I think they've already stated that Vulkan support will provide only minor improvements in some situations. Here's hoping they can help out AMD users tho.

The problems are with AMD drivers, which have awful opengl support. It's on AMD to fix that and help AMD users, not on emulator/game developers.

How do members here update their CEMU to latest. Do you just extract to the old directory? or Do you resetp everything after extracting?

If you really want your inferior graphics card to work properly with emulators and games that work just fine with Nvidia cards, direct your comments at AMD and their crappy drivers and lousy support for well-known and long-supported standards. The folks who make CEMU can't be expected to hack around AMD's burning dumpster known as Catalyst.

People who aren't willing to pay a little more to get a quality video card are prolly not willing to contribute to a patreon either. They've been doing just fine without Vulkan and have made truly amazing progress in the last few months that should make all but the usual haters happy.

I get you but you are being toxic to AMD a little. Yes some bad drivers out there for AMD gpus but there is also better one. We seen Vulkan surpassed the OpenGL nearly all situtations and also even Directx some situtations. The thing is, AMD dont want to optimize drivers for inferior api.
