p.s. plug and play only means you can insert it and use it on the fly not the other way around even though it usually works with most devices
Duh... If Windows doesn't receive information that device is plug&play (f.e. plugging Hard Drive via SATA->USB connector is not treated as P&P), then it doesn't allow to use second mode.

RCM
Mode
It's
Very special mode to make me confuse

RCM it's like BIOS on PC?
No, this is the mode to inject payloads, so you only can access it via PC (Or mobile) to make it load CFW.
But why are you so obsessed with SD Card removal? With todays tools (GoldLeaf, Tinfoil, nxmtp) you´ll barely need to disconnect your card.

wtf ? even if you add usb hubs or whatever plug and play is working just fine oO
I do have an sata usb connector on my pc and plug and play is working like a charm -.-

where did you learn this nonsense from ?
I am not an expert but as an IT admin in a Bank at least I know some basics.

I am not saying that there is no chance that you have some point there but this sounds ridiculous.

what is that super special mode that lets you remove sd carda and other stuff just like that ?
I know there is no problem with removing keyboards and mouse and such but saving devices ... never do that !
I only killed two USB sticks like this within the last 25 years but still it is always the best way to use save removal or power down the whole thing if save removal doesn't work.

get this into your head.

you have no reason to remove your sd card when in rcm or in any matter.

do the world a favour and stop, your like a n00b who has just found youtube and then starts asking stupid irrelevant questions.

also RCM is not like a bios FFS, it is RECOVERY MODE nintendo's very own back door, hackers found it could be used to inject payloads and exploit the system.

if you want to carry on with this RCM SD shit, tell us what purpose would you want to remove your sd card.

because theirs none, so i think we are safe to say this topic should be locked and deleted, its a waste of time.

Calm down mate

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Just split files, once you get it, it´s way better that restart/reboot/auto rcm mode/remove/plug on pc/copy/reinsert...
I know a tool. Names "split 4G". It can use for nxmtp?? But how can the splited files combine?

My step is :turn off/reboot/load hekate/power off/remove sd/copy files/plug in/play
All the time. It's really annoying

I removed my microsd many times during sleep mode, as long as it is not writing to the microsd when you eject it , it will not corrupt anything in it
