Yep in middle school, with my dance teacher, she looked very young compared to other teachers despite being 32 yo (she looked like being o her 20's). She was very kind, polite and passionate about her job, I always sucked at her class but she never gave up on me until my last day in her class, and that's all I will say for now haha.

Thinking back now then some were very easy on the eye indeed; one of the schools I went to had a thing for languages so they would drag in loads of 18-21 year old teaching assistants that spoke the languages natively and were doing gap years, years abroad and such like (I have never bought the notion that the UK populace are a bunch of troglodytes but Europe and Asia can certainly represent, or could at the time as this was pre obesity epidemic making it from the US to the UK and then onto the non English speaking world, which coupled with the exotic accent thing...). Said school was also big enough that every age range was represented (ages 11 to 18-19 being taught, 30 per class, 8 classes per school year with it growing as time went on), and was sedate enough that newly qualified teachers (NQTs) (so 3 year bachelors in their field starting at 18 and at the time a little bit longer, maybe 8 months, of teacher training) often had it as their destination of choice to start out in, ones that could in turn convincingly talk current music, computer games and such which helps somewhat here. Dress code was anything but formal as well -- most avoided dressing like they were going to a night club (and when I did see some of said same going to night clubs, swimming pools or beaches... nice) but enough that... the internet was just about a thing (videos more than 5 seconds of blocky MPG and a session on spybot would be several years yet) but hedge porn was still common so it did not take too much for teenagers to be excited. Or if you prefer there was a goth teacher (also among said NQTs) that would invariably turn up with full white face paint and lace covered black clothing, slightly too chunky to do the morticia addams bit but that just meant everything jiggled and form was followed.
All that said while I did hear one of the teachers indulged himself* and got pinged for it (it being something of an open secret/well known to the student body a few years below me for a few years before he got rumbled) after I left. Think I even met one of the girls involved at a step sibling's party around the time.
*how I will never know. He was an average looking dude in his late 30s and early 40s when I was there so this would have been some years after that. Completely lacked any charm in any of the interactions my friends and I ever had with him, and a general reputation around the school as being a shouty dickhead. Moreover he was a science teacher so it is not even like the usual suspects of art, drama, music and PE (physical education/sports) where after hours, lunch times, hands on, clothes changing, one on one and such traditionally cropped up.
To that end why go in for things that are never going to go anywhere? Consider also that age of consent in the UK is 16 (though not for teachers which have further restrictions) so the student populace yielded some interesting results, especially when there was a sixth form (16-18, no uniform) on the same campus for one of them. We had a teacher quit 3 months after starting teaching us with high blood pressure. The joke was that we caused it (we did not -- he was just an angry dude you could always see yelling at the kids throughout the years I was at that school). I choose however to assign a similar blame here.

My Spanish teacher Nelly.
My Mathematics teacher Juana.
My Technical Drawing teacher Griselda.
Nelly was a very nice woman. She was very gifted physically if you know what I mean.
Juana had gorgeous feet, they were cinnamon color and they would always shine whenever she was near the entrance to the classroom, and she'd always wear open stilettos and such. Her waist was amazing, she had a gorgeous body. And her voice made everything even more nicer for me. She was kinda bossy, and sometimes felt intimidated by her presence, but I liked that. Always got excited every monday, wednesday and friday, because I knew I was going to look at both Nelly and Juana that day.
Then Griselda, was a very elegant woman with curly and black hair. Same as Juana, she'd wear stilettos and jackets all day. She was really nice, but she always had her husband on her side every single class. They both teached us Technial Drawing. I hated that.
Then on highschool, I had lots of different teachers every single semester. But I had one in special, her name was Marisol Gabriela. Man oh man... she was a petite girl, perhaps 28 or 30 years old, brunette, long black hair, a fine nose. Meaty lips, gorgeous eyes, and a rocking body. She'd wear stilettos too. And sometimes, while in the classroom, she had her stilettos hanging off her toes and play with'em while reading something.

I don't recall having feelings for any of my high school teachers. Most of them didn't suit my personal tastes. I can only recall two who did but I never had a thing for them. One of them was super pretty but her voice was ear-piercingly high-pitched.
On the other hand, one of my classmates was obsessed with one of our teachers. He would always tell me "the sexy bitch is here today", "the sexy bitch isn't here today" and "the sexy bitch is back". He was fucking annoying. Apparently there was a time when he sat at the front of class, stuck his phone up her dress and took a photo. Two of my friends claim they saw the photo. He never got caught and I would assume that the photo has since been deleted or lost.

Curious to see many people here using their teacher's first names, and having them on social media accounts.
I am too antisocial for the latter but even among my friends with them they don't have such people, and would not think of doing so. Those I speak to in school now would not dream of having anything other than a sanitised throwaway with their teacher.
As for first names of teachers. Some would tell you but still expect you to call them Mr/Mrs/Miss [Lastname], and would be referred to as such by the entire student body and probably for any parental interactions as well (if ever I had to sit in on parent-teacher conferences there would be no "call me ? , mr * was my father", and my parents would never use a first name to refer to them if discussing them being told I was a lazy bastard that did not contribute to the class discussion for the 20th time that night if they went in alone). Some would guard them dearly (middle names even more so). Some you might catch if you read the letters they sent home and they signed them as head of department, head of school club, head of whatever or similar, but even then it was often title - initial of first - name surname. All the teachers would refer to each other as Mr or Mrs [surname] (especially amusing when a few were going out with others on the staff, or even married to them).
Even when I got to university* it was still Mr/Dr/Prof [lastname], though there you would know first names (that mainly being in case you had to reference them in years to come -- academics and all that). This still applied to supervisors for final year projects and things and not just some guy that stood in front of a hall of some 200 people. Some of the phd or postdoc people if they were the ones running labs (some of the non academic staff with doctorates or the title of professor would run labs) might be first names but even that was not a given, and even then you would not be speaking to them after the lab or maybe hand in for it unless you had them for another lab later in the year.
Probably just a quirk but something I will note in this.
*at the time one could leave school at 16. If you were going to university then you would probably go to a sixth form, the one I went to being attached to a high school and basically an extension of such except without uniform, now you bought your own notebooks/paper to write on and had free periods but were still expected to appear daily for at least one registration (more than once we had enough cancellations and free periods to have a day off but I still had to appear in the morning before buggering off, I understand they got even stricter after I left). If you were going into a trade you might have gone to a college in the UK, though many colleges would also offer "a-levels" which were what sixth forms were all about teaching. That said everybody I ever spoke to that went to a standalone sixth form or general college still used the title-surname approach, with the possible exception of some of the loosest mechanical trades types but even that was a rarity, and usually for the old boy that done a life in the trades and moved into school teaching (as opposed to on the job training for his apprentices or general underlings) for his later years as health, desire or whatever dictated.

We had a teacher called Miss Crick, unusually she taught IT and Sports and EVERYONE thought she was beautiful (heck even some of the girls commented on how good looking she was), mostly because she was.
We used to be jealous because during Sports the boys had the male teachers while the girls had the female teachers and we never got more than a passing glimpse of her in her shorts and tee shirt.
She was the kind of female teacher that probably shouldn't be in a secondary school around boys of that age because she was incredibly sexy, quite short but stunning to look at but worse was the fact she didn't look particularly old either. I'd say she looked mid 20s at the most (despite the fact she was mid 30s and married with 2 kids) and for boys aged 11 to 16 a 20 something female is probably the biggest wet dream already.
One boy in the year above us had to move to a different school because he "apparently" had tried making a move on her. I don't know how true that story is, you know how bullshit spreads around a school playground.
In our last year we did a charity netball tournament and all the teachers took part. It was male students Vs female teachers then female students Vs male teachers. Myself and a few other boys decided it would be funny to dress in female sports uniforms (yes that means skirts, knee high socks, one lad even decided to wear a pair of girls underwear) and to our horror Miss Crick was on the opposing team. After the game (we got stuffed by the teachers) she was the first teacher to come over and she gave us all a hug and told us the skirts suited us.

I did, obviously a very long time ago when I was in high school. My chemistry teacher was seriously sexy. I’ll never forget the day she got me alone in the supply cupboard, but that’s another story
Nope. Never have. If you had my teachers, you wouldn't have had a crush on one either (okay...I'm talking about the women...I honestly couldn't say how hot my male teachers were).
not a real crush ... I had one female teacher who seemed to be rather dominant and maybe slightly sadistic and as I had some SM fantasies even as a "kid" I somehow imagined that it might be nice to get whiped by her a little XD
