Hey sorry my notifications are messed up and haven’t been getting any. What’s the issue @EmulateLife ?

I’ve never had issues running any retroarch rom forwarders with performance issues. I do know they don’t support it but in my opinion there’s no draw backs. The acids have been patched in the npdm to allow full permissions so you shouldn’t run into issues there. I’ve also have yet to see a ban related to using these but running anything other than Ofw can cause that. It’s not my place to tell them to support it as it’s not my work.

Every single forwarder I make makes a 64 mb save on my nand, and I have over 200 games forwarded so I'm out of space. Someone else on this thread posted that they don't have those on theirs so it's really weird. Just thought you might know why.

I know it's this program because it doesn't matter if I forward a game from Retroarch or Reicast (which is standalone) I still have those 64 mb saves.

They will take up space due to the NCAs installed, there’s a bunch of files that get installed on the switch. I can remove somethings that take up more space such a the error handeling but then you’ll get a crash if your paths are incorrect. Not an issue if your paths fine and don’t remove the rom/nro

Ok if it's normal then no problem but if you look like one page ago I showed someone the saves on mine and they said they don't have them on theirs. Maybe they were mistaken.

It should show up in applications, don’t think it should on saves? I’ll have to double check mine once I’m home from work

Yeah I've been keeping up with them for awhile because I totally ran out of space had to delete a big game off my nand to have more space. If I install the same game forwarder twice such as if I had the path wrong it makes two of them so one for each forwarder I make. I had to go through and delete a lot of duplicates of games that I deleted the forwarder to. So for me at least it's been under delete saves for a while. I'm on 8.0.1 SX OS if it matters.

I’ll definitely take a peek tonight, I’ve never seen someone with that many forwarders so I’m glad you’re using it a lot lol

Oh yeah I love it. For me it took Switch emulation to a whole new level. I have forwarders for almost all consoles that can be emulated.

I have a solution to your problem. what if you convert the NSP forwarders to XCI that way you dont install anything. it works for me as i just tried, but i am useing SXOS

Want to test this for me and see if it doesnt add the save data for the newly built ones?

@re.lax I have an issue you might know how to fix, I made a forwarder for openmw and everything worked good until my son played the switch for a while, I went back to morrowind, and my save was gone, so I closed the game, entered another game, signed into my profile, exited, then went back to morrowind, my game is back, so I remembered an older version of nro2nsp allowed you to choose profiles before starting the game, so I remade the forwarder with the older version, but to my surprise, selecting my profile with the new forwarder I made doesn't actually select my profile, any idea how to fix this?

Just installed 5 forwarders and I see nothing even after launching them. So I'd say you resolved it. Thanks!

Cool! Thanks for testing and letting me know about this bug, I’ll add some other things and do a proper release.

I can definitely add a option to enable ask for users. My plan is to give the user the option to adjust all the npdm and nacp options available which the user prompt is apart of.

I have another question, when I try to compile, it seems that the program doesn't put hacbrewpack into the temporary folder and I have to put it myself, did I miss something?
