Man any advice on finding a hackable switch these days. Trying to find one for my niece and aving no luck whatsoever. Barely finding used switches as is. Let alone one thats hackable.

Look for one that is below 4.1.0 firmware.

If you don't want to looks through serial number, look through firmware, anything below 4.1.0 is guarantees to be unpatched, would be cheaper to go the serial number route.

Thanks for the tips, but there just aren't many used switches here where I live in Belgium. Thats more of the issue.

You just gonna have to look for them online, local store or import them from another country in Europe.

Looking at getting a Switch - found one with serial XAJ70005XXXXXX which according to the first post should be safe however looking at the spreadsheet there is
XAJ7000436XXXXX 4.1.0 (Patched).
Anyone know if the first post is still correct?

Please read the first post a bit more carefully. It says “possibly parched”.
