Hacking NTR Launcher not appearing in TwilightMenu++ (DSi)

Is this a common issue? The latest release of NTRLauncher for DSi doesn't appear in twilightmenu++. It does in fact appear in the regular system menu, but it only shows a white screen when it tries to boot my flashcard (an old R4i Renovation, clone of course).


This flashcard is booting normally into my phat and lite NDSes, but I'm not having the same luck with the DSi.

Yep. In both boot options (regular and reboot) It gives a white screen.

Just tried the same flashcard again in my old DSes and it's working fine on them.

If you mentioned R4i isn't that card made for the DSi(and by so having an icon and a title) and so can't you just boot it from system menu(I suppose you have CFW)?

Nope, it doesn't work in a up to date DSi (1.4.5), only on old consoles. That's why I'm getting white screen, like if I was booting it normay on sysnand OFW

Does it display an icon and a title on dsi menu... Plus if your console is modded it bypasses security checks so that is not the reason

Yeah, on DSi menu (ofw) it shows up as Chronicles of Narnia Prince Caspian, but it goes to a white screen after booting.

Yep, I can run DS roms from SD card within twilight menu++ and run a more recent flashcard (another R4 clone) fine.

oh, i forgot to mention that when I boot unlaunch, it appears in the list as a bunch of squares instead of the actual card name.

I think it's just easier to buy another card to use in this system lol. This R4i Renovation (www.r4sdhc.com) is such an obscure clone, I can barely find any info about it. YSmenu seems to work but not as the main kernel, so it doesn't help much either.

NDS-Bootstrap is compatible with almost every released NDS games so I don't really suggest buying another card(You do what you want it's your money)

I'd surely use this one but as i said, it isn't working, at least I can't find a solution for this specific card. Is there a discord or something to help people with nds-bootstrap?

nds bootstrap is what TWLMENU++ uses to load commercial nds roms
