And the answer is no. Or maybe if you contact Nintendo support. But if you even touched homebrew or booted cfw using Fusée Gelée then the ban is completely justified and Nintendo won't do shit.

well you could unban when you have friends at Nintendo (guess you dont have) or you have a proof of it and send a mail to Nintendo and even then i guess they only unban you to 1% chance.
but theoraticly its possible to unban you brick your NAND completly then you send it to Nintendo and say that you have warranty (btw it costs till 1000 Dollar if you dont have warranty) and if they find a log with CFW then you dead.
but this sending to Nintendo would be possible.
but still we know that we need a CERT but as we already saw that more than a CERT is needed or the CERT is Unique to Console because RetroGamer already tried.

If Nintendo decided to ban you it's impossible to get unbanned by them. they are set on what thy do once they make up their minds.

I smell bullshit, I’ve won ~20 rounds in a row in the past and nothing happened. If you’ve done any sort of save modification or modding in Splatoon 2, online or offline, that’s why you got banned

I think it would be worth contacting Nintendo and asking them. If there is no proof of save editing or CFW use they don't really have much to go on. They are free to disallow anyone from using their online services for any reason so they don't have to unban you and they may just say they can't help you. But it's worth a shot.

It's possible if you bought used that you have purchased an already hacked switch, or that it was hacked at sometimes without your knowledge. Even if you didn't though your best bet it Ninty customer support. I wouldn't get your hopes up though

It depends on if they banned your ninty id or your console. Since we don't know why you were banned we can't really be sure
