I tried dissasembly again, disconnect battery, reconnect, reassembly...Same problem. Stucked at logo.:(

Try checking all your SD files are correct, ensure during the thermal past swap you didn't damage any parts, I'd check the SMD components, ensure the thermal past is evenly spread too, use some of the Hekate info tools to look for anything via software.

Try using FAT32 and not exFat.

It's just an idea. When I first used ReiNX, I was using an exFat SD card but my Switch didn't have the exFat update, and it pretty much acted exactly how you're describing.

Can you use Hekate to boot stock or try Atmosphere?

OK... First of all, don`t panic.

Second... What paste are you using? Forgive me if its mentioned, I`m only skimming through.

If it is silver based, it can cause capacitance, which has potential to upset processor timings. Just as a test (don`t worry - it won`t burst into flames) - remove all paste from die i you removed the copper speader

I`m wondering if you removed the copper pad. It acts as a heat spreader. When the console is new... After a while, the stuff under it starts going crusty until it turns into plasticine.

You can remove the heat spreader - use some completely inert compound. You need to remove the ram shield temporarily while cleaning... The compound - Ceramic stuff I use. It is better than OEM. In my thermocouple tests, temperatures were lower. People replace the compound without giving a thought to the stuff that has turned to play-doh under the copper spreader. Pointless having good paste if you still have a layer of shit between that and the die...

But if removing the spreader, you NEED good, non-capacitive paste. Then once the die is spotless, apply.

If you have left the copper sheet intact, it cannot be a capacitance issue.

Can you check your BTB connectors are fastened correctly? The gamecart one is possible to get misaligned and it fooks the pins.

Also... Anything you have disconnected - ie emmc / joycon ribbons / backlight - make sure no old or new compound has got in the connectors. The BTB connectors ie emmc are super fragile, as is the sd card... Remove SD reader and retest. With a bent pin, that could cause problems with the emmc voltage as they run on the same 1.8v buck reg if mem serves correct (can check).

Good luck sir

Okay. Now i tried to dissasembly and back to original state (with copper spreader), its the same..:(
Im using Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and Grizzly minus pads.
Im only removed the sd card reader, but its working i think, because reinx loaded, hekate lodaded (and in hekate i can walk in the menu with volume buttons).

OK... The most obvious culprit has to be the SD reader. Like I say - to rule the paste out, remove ram shield and spreader. Clean that stuff off and try booting. Don`t worry about popping it - you won`t. And it will probably throttle / shut down if it does get warm. Just try booting to Horizon, then shutting off again.

Not bad... But you still have compound between those ceramic caps. Use a stiff(ish) non-metallic brush (toothbrush) to get it off. And isopropyl.

Actually, I use EGR valve cleaner for initial cleaning and then an isopropyl rinse after. Keep away from the plastics though!

Its the rest of the factory compund. And its there before repaste,so i think its not the problem, but okay ill try more cleaning.
I tried start without heatpipe, without ramshield, cleaned everything. But how can i enter Horizon? Im on autocfw, it needs paload. I tried reinx again, failed.

For now, use Atmosphere for testing...

okay, ill make an atmosphere sd.
One moment.

Same probem. Atmosphere logo, nintendo logo, black screen, and then stuck at nintendo Switch logo.:(
I can see where this is heading... You need to disable autoRCM (if your fuses are low and firmware high, you might need to burn your fuses to rule out anything with the SD reader). But thats the nuclear option. Have a real close look at the SD BTB connector. The slightest bit of crap in there will cause issues.

That paste contains nano-aluminum which might cause interferance on a low level, while the paste is not conduc

Check the SD flex for any damage, I remember when they used solid boards and flex circuits on the N3DS XL, absolute horror, tiny tears and etc, look for it; connectors look fine.

Good question.

Something is either corrupted or is dropping a few mV somewhere.

It could even be your SD itself. It could be anything. You won`t know until you start to rule stuff out.

But thats the starting point... Make sure everything is:

1) Clean
2) Undamaged
3) Aligned
4) Secure
5) Grounded.
