what u mean with both platforms? im not sure if it rumbles for nintendont (i used different method for nintendont!) but for switch it rumbles, i dont think it rumbled for wiiu games.
and also no rumble on ps3.

if you switch the led to purple/or red iirc (for switch only!) then it rumbles!!
but i dislike it so i dont use it , i always use Blue LED for my usage on wiiu/ps3, i dont use the dongle on the switch anymore cause i own a pro controller!

but i still find this tool rly nice, i think if i fiddle with the leds i might get rumble even on wiiu/ps3.
but i am okay with blue led with no rumble.
thanks i will buy it. have you tried it with an otg cable on switch?

I just bought it along with a 10ft usb cable because apparently the dongle accepts DS4v2 usb data which is not normal. It will arrive on May 15th. What led color did you use for nintendont? And does it have to be connected before launching nintendont or can I turn the dongle and connect the controller at any time? Also do you need some sort of controller.ini on the SD or USB? Thanks!

blue led, i played some a few days ago.
all you need to do is plug in dongle (id advice you download the latest fw , google the fw easy to find and update it!)
after you plug it into your wiiu have it set to blue led then launch vwii/nintendont and while you are inside nintendont i think you can already start hooking up any controller to it.

it works flawlessly , or you must launch any ngc game then sync any of your wireless controller.

ds4 works with nintendont with blue led on dongle!
now hope i can get it to work with wiiu mode somehow.

got it working in wiiu mode as well!
thanks to this file https://drive.google.com/file/d/1MwKWciIb0YzPGlTeKfrRWj7M0h9dK-HP/view?usp=sharing

now only remaining is vwii somehow
so for nintendont, do you use a special config (.ini)file? (im not banned)

and also. when you connect the controller to the dongle, does the lightbar automatically light blue? (the controller lightbar not the dongle led)

Hey I am sorry for my desperation but I’m not banned. Did you use any special .ini for nintendont?

no worries, sorry i wasnt around.
so nintendont isnt letting you connect controllers using dongle?
if not let me know, i will upload my controller folders for you and will tell you where to place em.

the controller led does not matter.
i think you are in need of the controller configs, i will upload them for you.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

https://ufile.io/r0zrlhnx

download extract , then push the controller folder in root of your sd, and wiiu folder also into the root of your sd.

so like sd:controller and sd:wiiu
you will have a wiiu folder in your sd already so just merge it!

hi! i just received my dongle today but i have a question: i already installed the latest firmware but what is the difference between the red and purple led? i already tried asking in the mayflash site but they didnt give me a clear answer. they say the red light is for "nintendo switch system mode" and purple light is for "switch pro mode".

sorry for the late reply, i think the purple is for vibration enabling mode !!
if you want vibration in your controller use purple led and see how it goes.

and the red led is for PC and Switch mode.
if you put dongle in your switch you use either Red (or for vibration, Purple).
