1) Depends who you ask and what you plan to do
2) About 99% free of ban. Barring stupid activities you should be okay. Concern trolls will claim they were using their switch to lead prayer at their youth groups and still got banned.
3) Atmosphere is the best.
4) I dunno. Why would you want to? If you're going to cheat in online games, you're going to receive a huge banhammer and maybe even account ban

6) Why on Earth would you buy cracked account games? Atmosphere is free, by the way

4) I don't speak about cheat, I speak about possible BAN. If I play online can I risk a ban? And again, if I play just against the AI it's an half game. So that's why I'm asking you if could be better cracked games....with cracked games is possible play online anyway...(don't burn a console, just an account... and so on...)
7-8) I've seen that the whole procedure take time. I come from the firsts iphone's jailbreak so...I remember were just 3 clicks on a auto-installation.
4) For example analyzing NINTENDO-SONY market we can note huge differences. Here seems the home of homebrew/jailbreak there in Sony the House of cracking.... so my general questions were just to better understand the market.

When speaking about modding, on every console, lower firmware is better.
You don't lose control if you know what you are doing.
The answer is: mod with care, I'd wait for emunand on Atmosphere

There isn't one, banning has nothing to do with a one click auto install. If you want to run backup and homebrew you need to restore a 100% clean nand to go back online or you just gonna get the ban hammer.

If you have a clean NAND backup then you can restore that to go back online, that is before running any sort of CFW, once you run anything it is tinted , no longer consider cleaned, going online with a so call dirty nand you will get the ban hammer, you need to be 100% sure that the nand you restore is clean or you just gonna get ban.

You can restore to state before hack. If console/serial nr/account is ban on Nintendo’s side you can’t just rollback and be unbanned.

1. Hell yea! All the emulators, homebrew games and utilities are great
2. If you don’t pirate games or cheat in online games you’re very unlikely to get banned. Sometimes malicious homebrew apps do appear, but it doesn’t happen much, just be careful and use common sense

However, it becomes a console for manual use. Updates are manual, many setups before the procedure. I believe a guide should be created as detailed as possible.
Step 1-2-3, if you do this, avoid the ban ... and so on ..

Thats are very big amount of questions...
but yes buying and hacking an switch is recommended from my side
then the banning... oh yes the banning.... its very discussed but im always saying that ONLY playing Homebrews shouldnt ban you... be online with CFW is no real problem... (played MK8D and Fortnite a lot with atmo)
then i would recommend using SX OS (because its IdiotProof with his Stealth mode) but Atmosphere with 90DNS give you the same result
The Installation of Ubuntu is no real reason to ban you... The Nintendo Switch cant see differences between using RCM mode and be AFK in RCM Mode... and the simple being in RCM Mode isnt a real reason to ban you... im not even sure if Nintendo is trying get this _wasInRCM variable (i know this doesnt exist but maybe something like that).

Piracy... yea Piracy... Piracy shouldnt be used (only when you banned and you dont have other options then maybe ok)
But if you really want to Pirate Video Games then use EmuNAND from SX OS... here I know that its ban safe... btw when you using SX OS then USE EMUNAND NOT SYSNAND...
using an EmuNAND without Wireless Access (just delete these Access Points) is ban secure means you cant get banned... (only when Nintendo tries to see if a copy of the NAND is located on SD... and they dont do it because on your SD Card can be various things and thats not a really good ban reason...

Avoiding Bans is really easy EmuNAND is SAFER THAN EVERYTHING but you can use 90DNS too AND PLEASE PLEASE DEACTIVATE SENDING ERROR MESSAGE TO NINTENDO stands in the System tab from System Settings...

btw NSPs (always, but ONLY update nsps dont ban at all when you have the game) and XCIs (sometimes) are banning...

You’re thinking of the boot reason thing . Nintendo can and does check it, but all custom bootloaders clear it afaik

1. Sure, as long as you don't mind playing your pirated games offline only.
2. The only way to be 100% safe of bans is to keep your CFW activities on emuNAND, and either patch your emuNAND with Incognito (this makes it unrecognizable by Nintendo's servers) or keep it offline. You can update your sysNAND and play your legit games online but if you play pirated games online or you go online in CFW you are likely to be flagged. Malware is a thing, it's not common, but in Tinfoil/Lithium you can disable installing unsigned nsps (it's disabled by default) which should protect you against any malware.
3. Atmosphere with sig patches and SX OS seem to be the most popular. SX has a couple advantages over Atmosphere but those aren't going to last. Atmosphere is getting emuNAND very soon so I would suggest to wait for that if you aren't willing to pay for SX OS.
4. Same question as 2.
5. Ubuntu is completely separate from the Switch OS in every way, they have no way of knowing especially if you use a separate SD card for it.
6. Neither of them are profitable, but why would you buy accounts? They cost money and they're likely to get you banned as you could be unknowingly (and likely) getting games purchased with hacked credit cards.

1) Can I emulate last games quietly? Are there all the latest games, the most beautiful? Anything missing? Is it the perfect copy of the real store?
2) When modded Can I just acces to the Nintendo eShop or also other Marketplace?
3) Overclocking brings a significative increase in performance and graphics and a comparative decrease in battery life?
4) Exist just 1 general BAN or there are differents BAN? I noticed there are people with just 1 game locked, others with a permanent BAN, others with BAN of different nature, CHEATS and so on with a relative and specific code....
