For me it's every morning and sometimes I floss.

After breakfast and after dinner. Always floss at night then rinse with mouthwash. If I’m going out for breakfast with the family, I’ll brush before breakfast then. I’ve got to brush my teeth before I leave the house. I feel gross if I don’t. Honest, cleanings at the dentist go fast and easy. I go every 6 months, for those paying attention.
