that's you're only option if you can't find them. This is why digital is the better format.
Yeah but people dont know how to give digital game codes as a present for birthdays and stuff

Now this depends what you want to do. DO you want to buy another copy, or do you want to pirate. Pirates always has a chance of bricking your console; rendering it useless. Pick your route.
I mean, it's not really pirating if you've bought the game

I don't understand the purpose of this thread. You're either suggesting we come over to your house to help you find your cartridge, which is stupid, or you want us to help you pirate the games, which we also cannot help with since linking copyrighted content is against the rules of this forum.

No, I am saying you would have to find your carts on your own, or pirate. As Drax said above we cannot link you the rom. You have to find it yourself.

It's pirating if you no longer own the game. Which you presumably do not own anymore. Don't pirate, just get the digital copy from eShop. I am sorry though - I used to lose NDS games all the time.

Meh, presumably he still owns it, he just currently doesn't know where the cartridges are. I don't really see a problem with piracy in this instance, eventually he's sure to stumble across his collection. Unless somebody stole it from him, but even in that case I still think piracy is admissible.

But yeah, this community can't really help you with the copyrighted content, but if you do decide to go that route, you can get started with CFW here: https://switchgui.de

MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU MAKE A BACKUP USING HEKATE FIRST! This will be your "clean" NAND backup. Turn on airplane mode and keep your Switch offline, that way you won't get banned. If you find your cartridges later, you'll have the option to restore your backup later, so you can go back online without getting banned.

Im gonna throw this out there...
Since you already have a banned switch that cant go online, and you have one that can go online that's not banned, let me weigh the costs for you.
Buying new pokemon game. 60.00
Buying another switch because you used a pirated version online on unbanned switch that's now banned and still have to buy pokemon. 360.00

So either spend another 60.00 or 360.00, your choice.
Personally just buy the game again make your own backup of the game you own or buy it online digitally.

almost forgot if you do the backup process of CLEAN NAND you have to remember you can NEVER burn a fuse (use offline update methods to achieve this) again and you must make sure you are using a EMUNAND for safe measures or never go online again.

you don't need to edit or transfer any save files between consoles because the savefiles are stored on the switch and not on the cartridge. So you still have your progress saved, just not the games.

edizon, checkpoint or any other save manager. that'll require you to use cfw on your clean switch tho, so there will be the possibility of a ban.
and i dont understand why you would want to use a modified save file on your clean switch if all you did was lose your game (leaving the savefile intact on the switch)

Game saves aren’t stored on cartridges on switch but internal memory the don’t you just use the transfer save option on switch that came out in 8.0

but im pretty sure it needs to connect to internet to transfer saves

edit: you need a nintendo account to transfer saves and you cant connect to internet on banned switch

is your new switch exploitable? If not your out of luck if it is you run the risk of having it banned for a gamesave check online to see if there are save tools you can use to transfer between consoles unofficially (checkpoint can do this) but you will have to exploit your unbanned one as well to achieve this causing you once again to possibly have another banned switch. Personally I’d forget the save
