Hacking Pokemon Sun/Moon Ultrasun/Ultramoon gateway 3ds

Hi, i have a question, i have a 3ds xl with gateway 3ds with 11.9 emunand and 4.5 sysnand, i can play online with my legit games without issues, but for pokemon sun/moon and ultrasun/ultramoon i need to convert my backups (with their private header because i have the original cartrige and i used gateway method to backup them) and change the card save type. My question is, this method can be a problem when i try to play online? there's a ban risk caused by this conversion? maybe for example the conversion can create issues with the header o ninty can see the save type conversion from 1 to 2 type?

Ty, so i can use it online without issues.
Btw i don't see any reason to switch (freeshop closed several months ago and it was the reason for the 99.9% luma users), i can do almost everything with my 11.9 emunand, these roms were the only problem because i was afraid for the conversion that can be detected even if the header was from the original cartridge.

Losing freeshop is nothing when you can just find and download CIAs yourself. With the Gateway, you're going through a whole lot more trouble than you need to.
