I was just strolling around in the forums and I've remembered that I think in the first announcement Video, the've said that there's gonna be a solderless version.
Along with a solderable solution.

Ofcourse there are many modchips out there, but it is still funny to see that they completely scratched that part.

I remember they were hiding the USB C port in the first photographs shown (aka solderless dongle)

If you remove plastics, the dongle can be installed as a modchip also...

There you have

There are few chips, and all do the same I think.Switchme, a clone from aliexpress, etc

They have RCM Mode by hardware, no autorcm or jig needed, so is a coldboot solution.

This is their main advantage

I have been really disappointed with the whole TX team since they sold or restructured. The old TX team was the shiznit back starting out in the old Xbox days. Now they just seem unorganised and just clueless on how to properly manage a project.

More on topic, but in reference to what I said before, I was really counting on TX to come through with some kind of NAND or EMMC upgradeable or dual boot kind of solution. Guess everything is in the hands of the community these days.

It is also worth mentioning that ktempkin was also touting a modchip but never delivered on that promise either.

Upon further investigation, the only thing I could find was a stream although not sure if presently useful information was distributed there.

If you go to their site, you will see a guide of how to solder sx Pro on the switch and how to mod the joycon.

Wasn't she the one that reported dejavu to nintendo? Or was it a diff exploit?

I don't expect anything from her. Never did.

She reported a bug related to the Pixel-C to Nvidia/Nintendo for up to $200,000 (although I hear she didn't get a penny). The only time I recall Deja Vu being reported to Nintendo was when hexkyz tweeted out someone else reported part of the exploit chain for Deja Vu as seen in the following Tweet:

They said a lot of things. They also said they had a solution for patched switches wich obviously was a lie and now are just waiting till deja vu releases so they can say " we told you so we had a solution "
