but that's what TX did with the Atmos code, improved it with XCI loading, Emunand and Usb loading.

Well it is based on perspective. If we like the team we will call it improving and if we don't like them then it is stealing.

Eg:
China is a very unethical country. The people there constantly steal ideas from branded stuffs then come out with their own affordable options.
China is a very creative country. The people there constantly improve ideas from branded stuffs then come out with their own affordable options.

Another eg:
Apple constantly steals idea from their competitors. Things like FaceID already exists on Android flagship phones years ago.
Apple constantly improves feature provided by their competitors. FaceID is never so secure and accurate on Android phones.

Here we go again.

All TX has to do for it to not be stealing anymore is to release the source code. They’re allowed to use code from Atmosphere, they just have to follow the licence terms.

I wonder what will be next? What other features can everyone think of that might be of benefit to all CFW users?

There's a very much work in progress Amiibo emulator floating around.. that might be interesting to pay around with, but that might be one step too far to build it into CFW.

well still no emunand after many months of waiting, still no usb loading, improved code you can argue about, but improved functions you can't :)
USB Loading is being worked on now.

The amiibo emulator won't work on SX OS because it has no KIP support.

ok cool but I Don't understand what the benefits are when using SX OS … I mean I use SX OS, but why should I use this nro ?

It is so you can go back into the SX OS menu without having to manually resend the payload externally.
Also this comes in handy if you apply new home menu themes (which only are applied after a reboot).
However, since the original non SX OS version works as well I'd stick to it and have it booting into Argon NX from where you could pick what you want. Or you use the new version which offers you a list of all payloads placed in sd:\payload\ to pick from.
Obviously this is only interesting if you're about to use multiple CFWs. If not, you should be fine with this original and exclusive release by WAIN. :)

yes I just spent some time googling and the most comprehensive list appears to be here - https://wiki.gbatemp.net/wiki/List_of_Switch_homebrew_applications

the only three sys modules that I can see that appear to be of any use would be:

Sys-clk, a per-application Switch clock speed control sysmodule
nx-dreport deletes reports https://github.com/Thog/nx-dreport (deprecated)
nx-creport redirects crash report to SD card.

actually I'm sure I read somewhere that creport might be coming soon, might be useful.. but if you're running emuNAND then effectively you already have creport.
