I have not do anything, just creat the game. I have to adjust the budget to make it available to modify?

Had the problem only if I adjusted the value when cheating.
Unfortunately, I can't do anything about that.

Sounds like same with using CE to cheat FM window version. Might be play a bit could make it possible to adjust?

Yes, that would be possible.
But I have no idea how the game works.
But keep playing until the budget transfer is adjustable and then save and upload the savegame to me.
Then I look again.

Slightly unrelated but has anyone successfully imported a tactic to fm 19? I've got an .fmf file but cant load it in game.

And from where should I get the German data.
I'm not so informed in football.

As I remember, it's the budget transfer controller you can cheat.
Button L or R, where you get into the menu.
If you cheat the bar, you get more money.
Could be a floating or HEX value.
Just don't quite go back to the main menu.

Found it, like 3 values to change in Edizon for the adjust budget.
