Games will require 7.0.x, which is pretty important, and it's possible TX will never release an update supporting anything higher than 6.2.0.
Then get a life x2 if you r bashing about something you do not even use.
And the LAST firmware came out one month ago once again nobody cares about 7.0 support only !

I'm not bashing the OS. I'm bashing you for thinking that the issue is related to the fact that there is no support for 7.0.1.
The issue is there has been no update since 7.0.0 was released in JANUARY. We are half way through March now.
Sunday night release (just like the old days) - SX version of June 15th ?
WHo told you they were not ready to release 7.00 support when 7.01 came out LESS THAN ONE MONTH AGO ?!!!
We are now ONLY one month from the LAST Nintendo Firmware update so there is actually no problem with that delay.
They actually MADE an annoncement to tell people update is on IT'S way and there is NO roadblocks !
But kids can't wait and think features are easy to code and should come out in no time.
There is actually a lot of work to do and i prefer to wait a little bit to get Something stable instead of a hurry release full of bugs !

7.0.0 released on January 28th. You would think that TX could have started working on it the moment it was out, so between that date and the release date of 7.0.1 we have 21 days. Is 21 days not enough for a team? SciresM released 7.0/7.0.1 support 24 days after the 7.0 firmware release date.
7.0 and 7.0.1 are identical except for a few things, so if you have a working exploit for 7.0 you also have it for 7.0.1. So that's 45 days. For a team of people, that you actually gave money to, to support something that's currently not out for 45 days.
What are you talking about, of course they'll have it working coincidently, the day after atmosphere has it.

Who cares about others products ? they are completly différents, code and the features as well !
For 6.2 it took some time as well to get the support !

It's a normal to speculate and people have theories. Gateway is still to new in the memory for a lot of us that where in the 3DS days. So it's obvious that people worry and speculate.
