Konami has announced their latest upcoming project, which happens to be a new Yu-Gi-Oh game. Titled Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution, it’ll be a follow up to 2015’s Legacy of the Duelist. It has been confirmed as a Nintendo Switch exclusive and will have online play, but other details will not be divulged until February 21, where an issue of V-Jump will reveal more information. Though not confirmed, it is likely that the game will release this year in Japan, given that this is the series’ 20th anniversary.

The current xb and ps versions will probably have an expansion to update to this. Happened with the 360 yugioh when it came out on steam with exclusive content. New players got it for free and if I remember correctly, current owers’ paid something like 10-15 bucks to upgrade

Meh, if it uses Master Rule 5, or the Links format, I won't bother. I hate I can't summon my extra deck monsters freely without having to use link monsters.

I loved the PS4 version until I didn't.

There's a lot to the story mode and once you complete it you get to do it in reverse using the other person's deck.

However, I hated pendulum summoning and the like, so when I got frustrated I just blitzed through those levels with a cheesy one turn kill exodia deck.
