The serial is safe/hackable. But CFWs don't currently support 7.0.0, so you'll have to wait for them to add support for it (which will be sometime either this week or next week

We honestly don't know. And the other people who have reported finding an XFL model didn't tell us if they were patched or not. What we do know is that these are new meaning they are more than likely to be patched but the final test is sending a payload.

6.2.0. They can't patch the exploit, but they can modify their OS to break CFWs, and the CFW developers would have to update their CFWs to adapt to the changes
