Serials beginning with XAW7:
XAW7001780X and below are safe to buy
XAW7001790X and above not safe to buy, possibly patched
XAW7003000X and above definitely patched

Patched means that most current CFWs won’t work for now. If you want to run CFWs it’s better for now to own an unpatched one

If you have it in your hands (already bought), why not test it? Don't assume it's patched just because it's in the not safe to buy area. It might be patched, it might not. Test it.

xaj700171xxxxx needs another digit to tell, and xaj400154xxxxx seem to be patched.
