After the Australian Ratings Board spoiled the surprise earlier this month, Atlus has confirmed that Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth is indeed getting an official localization. The game will launch on June 4, 2019, for the Nintendo 3DS in both North America and Europe. A limited Showtime edition will also be available for $69.99, and will include a Koromaru plush, an art book, playing cards, and collectors pins.

I'm really feeling tempted to get that limited edition. I'm kinda surprised that they're going with a full deck of playing cards and not something similar to last time, where Persona Q had half a set of tarot cards and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax had the remaining ones. (Then again, that would let people know that they're working on another game that hasn't been announced yet.)

P.S. For double the immersion, feel free to play this while you're waiting for a movie to start at the theater.

Literally the only persona games I've played. Anyone know a good one to start with for the mainline persona games? I prefer more of the other style of Megami Tensei games like Devil Survivor or Strange Journey

So Persona 3-5 is pretty simplified Press Turn, so it honestly doesn't really matter where you start if you already like SMT. Personally, I would start with 3, since it has the best story imo, and is the most dated gameplay wise. But if you like the play style of Nocture, DDS, or SMT 4, and are okay/into visual novel style story telling, it should be right up your ally. Any of the three is good though, so read up a little and choose whichever sounds the best.
