ROM Hack Need help with SXOS cheats and Football Manager Touch

Hi everyone,
So I'm trying to get the cheats to work, but the values I input do not seem to update in the game, doesn't matter what I do. Here are some screenshots:

This is the in game screenshot, the value I want to edit is the Transfer Budget, which is 1178434:

So, searching for the value in hex would be 11FB42

The value edited, I input some random higher number, 280.000.000, which is 10B0 7600 in hex:

So, after all this, the value won't change, doesn't matter what I do in the game, whatever I try to change or refresh, or go to other windows, etc.

Any ideas? Maybe something I'm doing wrong?

I tried with Noexes, but it didn't even find the values...
Maybe I will give it a go again, but shouldn't SXOS ram editor work anyway?

Possible that it is Dynamic Address.

mostly likely to be wrong address if it updates with the old value after you get more in game
the real address might not be decimal value

In fact it's crazy because it won't update in game, and the address (Be it the changed one or the one I've found before changing) disapears, and only a new search will find again the value.

I am searching for 32bit unasigned, 64bit won't return any value aswell as 32 signed...
i'm kinda lost if that's not the right value, or if maybe not in decimal, how may I search it?

It's the 19 version, and about the savedata, it's encrypted, I've been trying to decrypt the 18 data, it's huge and a pain to do, so almost impossible to decrypt, there are minor aspects of the game which are not encrypted, but transfer budget is not one of them.

Ok, finally got it to work aswell.
After talking to @merlin555 , he pointed out that he did it by searching any value under 32bit unsigned.
I spent a lot of time looking for the value like that, I was almost giving up, but then I found an easier way to do it.

The problem is, we were all looking for the value in the wrong currency, because the game only takes in consideration
the value in UK Sterling Pound, any other currency is just a conversion.
Anyway, it's pretty simple, just go to settings, if your game currency is not yet set to UK, set it, then go to the
Finance tab in game, look for the value it shows there, convert to HEX and search in the program normally.

Pretty easy, then you can change back the currency if you want, just remember to change to UK if you want to cheat again.

Go to "Make Budget Adjustment" in finance; Summary: And look for the address there,
if you keep adjust the bar we are looking for, then move bars again and search for it again.
Very simple.
