i updated to 6.0 with dejour app and had dumped my 5.x before doing so though!
but all is well on 6.0

I officially updated to 6.0 without Choixdujour everything's works great. I don't mind burning fuses. If anything happens I can always get a new switch.

Not everything. Users report certain games not working, AutoRCM not working, not being able to wake up from sleep mode and a couple more things i'm not remembering at the time. If all of these things are working for you, again, it's SUPER weird how some things work for some people but not for others

The mod's basically slapped him on the hand like Grade School status stuff and then he returned after his standing in the corner time out.
He even went so far and posted it in his status update that it wasn't "a big deal"

imagine getting permabanned for pointing out a thread full of lies about how nand works but only a temp ban for dropping wares that bricked a dozen switches and having your thread still open months later

It hasn't changed. Their EmuNAND is either a copy or a smaller version of the Switch's eMMC raw GPP, which will depend on where you install it. However regardless of where you install, it modifies boot1 which is where part of the risk of detection lies. The other part comes in where you install it with internal memory being the most detectable and a partition as the least.

I'm just stating the current status on EmuNAND. Clearly, OP was misinformed about the status and may or may not have had an agenda. Regardless of what he has produced or been associated with, everything I have stated is the truth.

Anyway, I don't know why anyone would want to discuss something where OP provides statements without any evidence to back it up. json's writeup on how EmuNAND works provided details along with actual proof of his findings although it hasn't been updated ever since SX OS allowed installation to the SD card.

Yeah well my emunand is on the SD card and I've been online for months and can use it to update to the newest firmware and then load my sysnand up and it's on a very old firmware, so the emunand is working rather well for me.

I'm not using a Nintendo account to get my stuff by the way and yes I do update my games through there online servers on my switch.

You are using emunand online? Report back if you get banned ,probably yes because cfw
