I have a question. Is it possible to add an already progressed file (for example create a save file of pokemon then copying it onto the nds folder sav file) then opening up the game and load that save file? or is it impossible to do?

There are save files inside of the Roms folder but now that there’s a saves folder with new saves, is it recommended I delete the other save files inside of the Roms folder and not the saves folder?
Move your existing .sav files outside of "saves", into "saves", overwriting the existing .sav files there.

(i’m using Flipnote Lenny DSiWare exploit)
This is your problem, I'm not sure why 0.11.2 even works for you. Lenny uses minitwlpayload, but nds-bootstrap requires generictwlpayload. Hiya can automatically provide the privileges of generic, so TWiLight Menu++ works fine. If you absolutely hate the idea of using Hiya or even just plain Unlaunch, then you can use TWLnf to install Sudoku and Sudokuhax the old fashioned way (THIS IS SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMENDED but it has the potential to work)

I'm a little bit confused there, by "moving" the .save files outside do you mean by taking it out of the rom folder and then replace it? i dont have a save folder(unless i should create one) since all of my .sav save inside the rom folders under the games.

I tried replacing the save file with another i had and all it does is restart the game. (trying it with pokemon platinum)

What happens if the saves are exactly the same? I’ve stopped at the exact same place in all of them.
Like I said, overwrite the ones in the "saves" folder.
The app itself does not move them into the new folder. It just creates the new folder.

I mean moving the save files that's in the nds ROM folder, into the "saves" folder.

Hey, RocketRobz, when is going to be the flashcard R4iSDHC Gold Pro 2018 available for direct launch?
Following from Git-Hub
You mean when is the app going to support it, so that it can access the microSD contents directly without launching it?
If so, it won't be supported. You're going to have to launch it by itself.

Yes, you should update. See here how to do it.

Yes, The DSi has some issues with SD cards bigger than 2gb, but with TWiLightMenu that shouldn't be a problem.
I'm confused though, you started by saying that none of your games worked, now you are saying the opposite. But I'm glad that they work, problem solved then.
the reason it didn’t work was because i was on a newer bootstrap
and anything above bootstrap 0.11.2 wont work without CFW

as people don’t believe me i uploaded VIDEO PROOF to show that it does work (when using 0.11.2 of course)

Check the FAQs in the first post.

In that particular menu, touch the little DS icon, and it'll take you to TWiLight Menu++ settings.
From there, you can hide the main menu that looks like the DS menu.

This is my first time commenting on GBATemp so first of all Thank you for such amazing work Rob.

Now here's the thing. I been following this project from TWLoader throught DSIMenu++ now TwilightMenu without issues, from TWLoader to the first TwilightMenuversions I has able to load all the saves from the Pokemon games but with the latest release I can't.
This didn't occur with the first versions of TwlightMenu but with the last two versions I updated 6.something and now 7.0.0 I can't load any of the saves from various pokemon games. All my games are AP patched, I moved all the .sav to SDroot/saves/ folder and nothing. I even start a new game I saved normally but when I reset the game to load the save doesnt exist even thought the game itself save with no problem.

The last time I was able to save and load without trouble was Sep/11/18 according to the .sav file. I don't remember what versio nof Twilight I was using.
