Hacking Haxchi + nnu patcher (5.5.3E)

Hi,

I've searched the forum for this question as it looked to me as a question that should have been asked before, but did not find it.

I have a modded Wii u (5.5.3E) modded using Haxchi (while it was on 5.5.3E).
I'm currently trying to download a (legally baught) item from the eshop.
I'm able to open the shop (using the NNU patcher) and could browse the shop.
But when i'm trying to download a baught item the game keeps in the "pending / Estimating..." state.
Also in the download management there is a System Update with state Error (105-4206).
Is there a way to get this title to download?
Am i missing something/overlooking something?
Hitting the "Download First" button doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Solution:

With the wiiu switched on pull the power cable out the back of the wiiu. Leave it out for about 30 seconds then plug it back in and then immediately switch the wiiu back on and the game will download. Doing this removes the failed system update check that is stopping you game downloading

Haha, really!?
Any change of corrupting any data this way?
Should i disconnect, all devices, like SD / HDD before doing so?

Zero chance as long as on system menu.

At random periods during each month the wiiu connects to the internet to check if any new system updates are out. If you are blocking updates you get the failed update message you had. Once the failed update happens the wiiu refuses to download anything else until the update check happens. The solution is as I described above. (hopefully that all makes sense as I have a a good few vodkas tonight lol)

Well could do the updates after "tasting" my Whiskey collection, so good job!
Good to know, this will help a lot in the future.
Just to be safe i turned the system of "the normal way" disconnected SD and HDD and then followed your instructions.
