Press start.
I should clarify, it starts the twilight launcher. The available options are as follows:
  1. Start TWiLight Menu ++
  2. Start last-run ROM
  3. auto-start TWLMenu++
  4. Boot Screen
  5. Notification LED Color.
Start button does nothing.
Option 1 directly boots into the last-run ROM.

Start TWiLight Menu++, then before the last played ROM starts, hold B, then when you're in the R4 theme, press start to go to settings.

Thanks, you're the man. It gave me a

title/00030017/484e4150/content/title.tmd
From the downloaded 'HiyaCFW/for SDNAND SD card'
was corrupted: CRC-32 DIDN'T MATCH 1AD2AC78:E8E990CE

When I replaced that file with the one I got directly from the hiyaCFW_v1.3.2 zip file it worked. Why the HiyaCFW-Helper put the wrong file in there or corrupts it, is of course another question.

v6.8.0: Christmas Gift

Merry Christmas, and happy DS gaming!
I present a Christmas gift: A new version with slight speedups, an optimization, new per-game setting, and nds-bootstrap for flashcards! (Not included yet.)

Update instructions
  1. Overwrite the `_nds` folder and `boot.nds` file on the SD root, with the new ones from the .7z file.
  2. For DSi CFW users, put `title` folder from `CFW - SDNAND root` folder, onto the SD card root.
If you're asked to overwrite, click Yes.
  3. On 3DS, install the two CIAs in the `cia` folder.
What's new?
  • Added `Use nds-bootstrap` setting for flashcard users, so one can use the upcoming nds-bootstrap for flashcards, instead of the flashcard's kernel/firmware.
  • Bootstrap build has been added as a per-game setting!
Improvements
  • @profi200's improved SD code used in fastboot3DS, and @shutterbug2000 & @ahezard's NDMA code used in nds-bootstrap, are now used to slightly boost SD reads.
  • Optimized .bmp image loading, so box art will be loaded a bit faster as a result.
Bug fix
  • Fixed last played ROM path being cleared out when going into settings, and it will stay on the main menu as a result.

  • Main Menu: Pictochat and DS Download Play are now booted directly without rebooting.
Hello, is there any restrictions for Download Play for Games like Mario Kart DS? I tried to Host the Game on my N3DSXL and download this on the old 1st Gen DS. The Connection works, but in the moment where i want start the Game the Connection lost without any words :/

Thank you and merry Christmas

Hi!
First time poster here. I must start with a question since I haven't seen it asked before:

I'm using a DSI 1.4.5e and R4i SDHC 1.41 with a 16gb sd card and it seems I cant run Slot 1 sd card as a secondary device.

I only get a white screen until i eject the cart and then the menu loads normally.

Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to put something on the cart or it just isn't compatible with TWmenu?

Other than that everything works as expected

It's not compatible. If it is compatible, then it will be listed under "Flashcards supported with direct access, if running on the console's SD card".

I can't seem to get direct access working with my Acekard 2i. When loading any game from the flashcart SD, both screens turn white and nothing else happens. The same occurs if I go into the settings menu while viewing the flashcart's SD.

Update TWiLight Menu++, and wait for nds-bootstrap for flashcards to be released.
As for white screening when going into the settings menu while viewing the flashcart's SD, that doesn't happen for me.
