You no longer need to do that. It already shows up in the search results without any filters.

i am having a problem trying to install on my new 3ds, cfw running fine on latest firmware. had the ctgp-7 zip already saved from previously downloading and the installer cia but when i try to run it looks like its installing going through the % but near the end it fails and says ctgp-7 files are missing, read link for install instructions?
i decided to redownload, old site no longer working but found on gamebanana.
i deleted old data off sd card and removed data and ticket in fbi, reinstalled but get same error?
any advice please.

You have an installer from January, download the latest one. (In the gamebanana page, check extra files section)

Be sure your friends are on the latest version too. Certain older versions won't autoupdate to newer ones due to the move from dshack to gamebanana.

Sonic mod was made by someone else (@BlueBlur ), in any case, I'm testing it right now as it may be added to CTGP-7.

As I am in the process of getting everything back, I would like to know what I need to re-download in order to get this up and running again. All files from the SD card were copied, so I don't think I need to re install everything, but I'm also not quite sure where to go.

If you had a CTGP-7 version bigger than 0.18 then you just can install SD:/CTGP-7/cia/CTGP-7.cia
