The Elder Scrolls: Blades, a free-to-play first person RPG set in the Elder Scrolls universe designed for Android and iOS devices, was initially set for a Fall 2018 release after being announced during Bethesda's E3 2018 Conference.

However, in a recent tweet from the official The Elder Scrolls Twitter account, the game has been pushed to an Early 2019 release.

Yeah... Today's games are pretty lacking...

Not all of them. Fighting games are crushing it right now between DBFZ, Soul Calibur 6, and Smash Ultimate. I am glad I have a Switch and a PS4 though, this year has been slow for AAA releases on PC other than Monster Hunter World and those first two fighters.

I was extremely hyped about the game, but they seem to have messed up the gameplay quite completely. It's just weird and way too clunky tbh. They could've designed and put something light years better than that.

Honestly after seeing all the ads, this game looks like trash. I don't think it'll be worth it at all and with how 76 is looking, this will be a freemium micro transaction fest with likely very little redeeming qualities. I doubt it'll even resemble any Elder Scrolls game.

I agree, but let's be real... does Elder Scrolls have anything iconic about it to differentiate it from any traditional western fantasy setting? I think the daedric princes are the only characters that stand out.

But yes it does it fact hold some ground as it's showing the evolution of Bethesda catching up with the other big brand companies adding BS into their games since they are owned by Zenimax, a huge company that loves to nickel and dime till thing's stick or break.
