Do you get the error message after you click the BUILD button or when you launch the app?
Does the error message give you the full folder path or just TIKTEMP?
On a side note, someone here had issues with this app, funny as it sounds, they copied the TeconMoon's WiiVC Injector.exe file to the root of a USB Stick and launched it from there and that fixed their issue.

so i tried the last thing with a sd card and the injection worked
only for it to have a error code 160-4792 when loading the game on the console

Great that you finally got the app to work, since you ran the app from the SD CARD, I assume you didn't specify the output to the SD CARD as well did you? Just in case, this is not needed, you can/should output the files locally on your PC.
Have you tried building the game again?
How about trying to inject another game to test?
Where you in CFW before launching the game?
Building the game again like manual injecting?

Well looks like i finally got it
all i had to do was to get a older version of the script
all with gamepad playable and online playable since wiimmfi so thanks for the help but idk what caused the error since it worked fine before but now we got it to work
its a big size but since its brawl i can undertand why

So I started injecting wii games and everything loads great. When I try to play Rock Band it loads fine and I can play the guitar hooked up to a wii remote. My Rock Band guitar connects to the USB dongle but will not be recognized as controller. Also the Microphone is not recognized. Everything works fine using wiiflow on vWii. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hey, I want be able to use my GamePad, but the injector script refuses to accept my title key, I even used USB Helper and unpacked a XenoBlade Chronicles WiiVC game, placed it in and deleted the Unpacked Rhythm Heaven Fever in the Program Data Path. I even manually edited they Title Key to the XenoBlade Chronicles in my Registry, it still refused to take it. How to I get it to take something other than Rhythm Heaven Fever?
How did you get an older version of the script ? I can't find it anywhere, it always gives me the latest one, I have the same problem as you with the "tmd.bin" not found
im in a bit of a predicament. paper mario TYD was taking forever so i decided to end it while it was injecting and now the injector wont turn on. ive tried redownloading,restarting pc, deleting paper mario, run as admin run off of sd card and nemerous combinations of those and it still wont turn back on. help please.
UPDATE -- Dammit, got it to work finally, please disregard (it WAS a HDD issue after all, sorry)

This is happening with Wii games (have not tried GC)… perhaps (hopefully) Ive missed something simple… I installed via wup installer GX2 and am running CFW before trying to launch.

is there a difference/what is better, getting wii game isos into nintendont for injects or just the wii games from wii u usb helper to play on wii u? finally got a motion plus stick and tried m galaxy it works great. just wondering what is better?
nintendont is for gamecube games, not wii. For Wii games, its literally the same as using legit copies from the eshop (if one exists). The only difference is you can force gamepad support for games that may not normally support it, or change the icon and title of the game.
i really dont mean to be rude but could someone help me? this is going to be a christmas present and i would hate myself if i had to hold on to it for any longer than i absolutely have to.
