You can compile Atmosphere for 6.2 as we speak but you need a way to dump the 6.2 TSEC Key first, hardcode them in the 'BYOK' source part of atmosphere and compile it manually.

No. They're not going to release the exploit only for it to be patched, and they are also not going to release the keys as it is illegal. Until someone else cracks it as ReSwitched+ have but has no morals/understanding of the legal system or they find a non-illegal way push keys, its going to remain in a bit of a nebulous position.
Only a handful of people can at the moment. If you have to ask you probably can't, sorry. Be patient it'll come eventually
Key dumpers are in development right now, so as soon as we get those 6.2.0 cfw should be available to most people. It'll probably take a bit longer. Cfw like reinx and atmosphere are being updated for 6.2.0 already

You need master key and the ___kek which this won't dump.
It's a new exploit. Why would enyone release release it so soon?

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
