Homebrew Where can I find Super Smash Bros. Clash Rebirth?

I asked this same question on the original SSBClash! post, but since people weren't too happy about me bumping an old post and recommended I make a new post about where I can find it. If you have a link or at least a hint of where I can find it, any help would be greatly appreciated. I have looked pretty much everywhere and haven't been able to find it. Hey also, which Smash Bros homebrew is the best/most complete one? I've seen a lot of different ones that have all been started and not finished. Is clash the best one?

I'm unsure, though last time i checked they're all good as broken.
