Not really sure what you mean by adult, but there's only about 20 or so games rated M on the 3DS. Highlights include:

-Persona Q
-A few Shin Megami Tensei games
-Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake Eater
-Resident Evil Revelations
-Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies

It's not much but its something. Most of them are RPGs though so you're out of luck if they're not your thing.

Resident evil mercenaries too. I personally enjoyed more than Revelations. But can't go wrong with some games like Mario 3d land. I grew up with Mario and rather enjoyed 3d land

* I know not rated m but still fun

If non-3DS but DS games count, you could give Dementium 1 & 2 a try (1st person shooter). Really well done (sometimes scary) for such a bad resolution and small screens.

That game is scary

Definitely, although they do tend to be on the harder side difficulty-wise. They're all fantastic games though.
Any Open World/Free roam game??Which has good places to explore

I've been having fun playing conception 2 on my vita, but is also available on 3ds without any changes (except worse resolution, framerate and no antialiasing).
it may seem like you typical "ecchi game for the sake of it" but is not, is more like a persona clone (it was published by atlus over here after all).

also fuuko, ellie and serina are best girls (don't judge me, all girls are best in this game, they are my favorites)

in conception 2?? sure, you need to interact with the girls, it's less involved than a dating sim but gets the job done (just like the persona series).

now if you ask about more games like that on 3ds or dating sims specifically, I dunno. maybe you should look somewhere else, there is not much on 3ds.
rune factory 4 maybe? I haven't played it since the farming and management aspects of it are not my kind of thing.
there is always love plus, the 3ds version is translated if I remember correctly, that is a pure dating sim.
I've also read that le petite novel: harvest december is a visual novel with romance elements.

Two of my fave M-rated 3DS games are Virtue's Last Reward and its sequel Zero Time Dilemma. They're visual novels with branching storylines and escape-the-room puzzles. They all start kinda like Saw movies, with a bunch of people trapped together in an unknown location with death traps set up by some omniscient character, and they get pretty gruesome but also have some very interesting plot twists. ZTD is especially gory since it switched to having cutscenes instead of being more text-based.

The only problem is, some parts of the storylines might not make sense if you haven't played the 1st game in the series, Nine Hours Nine Persons Nine Doors (aka 999) for the original DS.
