It still does not work.
If the screen goes black, I have to turn off and on again. and turn on normally.
then I turn off, I press Vol +, POWER, but the screen remains black again.
I have placed inside the folder 0, the 2 files I said (start.bin + 00.s2)

before putting those 2 files, the screen came out saying that SD was missing or folder 0, (as I said in the previous POST)

What else can I do?

OK... Lets start again...

First, I`d like you to use TegraRCMsmash to boot your console to a working state... Use Hekate or SXOS.

At thirst: Very very great work!

I‘m about doing Soldering Method 1 with the 4 wires.

In the past there was a function in the software or a pin soldered to that the trinket deactivates itself after sending the payload.
Is this included in version 1 or two which are explained in the first post?
Also does the soldering with the 4 wires fit / can i use the feature with this or do i need a secound cable on another point on the Tricket and motherboard to get this function working?
If so i which of them?
Because i would like to have this funktion so no worries about the battery and it should be not detectable in any way if the chip disables itself.

And also if i understood the instructions right, i can also use this to boot SX OS? Because in the past the UF2 File had to be builded with the SX Payload file which is normaly send by the PC or SX Pro Donge.

Hope you unterstand what i mean because english is not my main language ;)
Thanks in advance for your help

Hmm ok than i will wait.
What do you think how long it will take to get the Update postet here? Because i get my new Motherboard today and wanted to start using it with the trinket 0.
But the function so the trinket disables itself after sending the payload is really important for me :)
Because of that i asked if this function is already working with the files from the first post and installation method 1 with only 4 Wires.

Another thing i want to achieve is that i can boot SX OS with the trinket M0 but for this SX OS Playload which is normaly send via PC or SX Pro needs to be included in the UF2 File and flashed on the trinket. Or how does this work? Because i always read that hekate is build in but i would need SX OS instead. But there is the question where i find the UF2 for the trinket with the SX OS Payload included.

IN SPANISH
Pero como uso el tegraRCMsmash? yo pensaba que el el hekate 4.2 , le cambiamos el nombre a start.bin y se mete en la carpeta 0, pero no entiendo que quieres que pruebe con el tegra....

gracias

But how do I use the tegraRCMsmash? I thought that the hekate 4.2, we changed the name to start.bin and it gets into the folder 0, but I do not understand that you want me to try the tegra ....

Thank you

Tell you what... Follow this...

Go to modchip preparation. Follow that guide to put the chainloader / bootloader on the chip. This thread is being updated soon. Similar to the one I just linked to.

One question: In the table there is listed that P.O.R. needs to/can be soldered to Pin 2 on Trinket.
What‘s that good for and is it still valid on the new methode?
Which point does it need to be soldered to on the switch motherboard? I saw that it mentions the capacitor on the chip but there is more then one so which is the correct one?

@noX1609

OP updated. See hwere I am going with it. More will be updated tomorrow.

Thank you so much for the update.

Now only three questions are left:

- How do i change the payload i want it to send to the console?

Because on Mode 3 for example it sais: „Needs payload increase pin / switch“. So where do i habe to solder this Button to on the trinket and/or on the console?
Because if i understood it right, Pin 4 of Trinket is only to select the mode you want to use.

- With „Cycle Thru Payloads Automatically on Reset“? is there meant console resets or resets of the trinket by pressing the Reset button or a soldered switch to the resetpin?

- How do i know which payload is loaded, is it displayed via the led like on the mode switch? If so which blink combination shows which Payload? And how do i select the payload i want to send in Mode 4 for example where this „Cycle Thru Payloads Automatically on Reset“ is disabled?

Would be really great if you could add those informations to the first post tomorrow when you do the rest of the update as you mentioned, then should be all covered :)

I will add tomorrow. Just got too late.

On the trinket, you can increase the payload by shorting pin 1 to ground.

Auto increasing means that on a successful boot, the payload number stats where it is. So we can restart and power off and turn on with the same payload.

However if it fails to send, ie you are already booted into the switch operating system, it will advance on to the next payload and go to sleep. Then, the next time the trinket is boredb, it will boot this new payload.

It is designed so that under normal circumstances, the payload shouldn't increase. However, if you press reset on the trinket while alreadyabooted into switch os, of course it will fail to send, therefore advancing on to the next payload. It is meant for users who have only a 4 wire installation

Just received my trinket and was ready to start opening my switch up. But it seems it's better to wait for a bit until the op is updated?

Ok good luck!
Thanks :)

Just one thing i couldn‘t find in the first post: How do i know which payload is selected? Is that indicated by the led on the trinket as with the different modes (so for example 5 flashes for payload 5)? Could you do a video where it is shown? That would be great :)
To change it you need to press a button short one time which is soldered between pin 1 and ground or do you habe to hold down the button for a few secounds as for the acenx dongle i saw in a review video?

Yes. Payload number flashes led. Also you can eject your SD card, turn on console and payload number is displayed
