I used it once to test with the coins in Mario Odyssey and was successful and didn't get my sd card corrupted. Didn't wanna test my luck anymore though, so I stopped.

Hopefully they can get exFAT support up for the cheat engine, I want to use it, but not FAT32.

I did.....now I'm reformatting after a corrupted SD card.
^ likewise. I've given up tinkering on the exFAT format at this point. and as i was just salty ranting about this on another thread. Its ridiculous that we still cling to a deadhorse filesystem with stupid impractical sizing limitations rather than working a bit harder to add support to a superior one that is widely used and well received.
Let 32 die already..

It's an unfortunate truth. Hopefully TX pull the the thumb out.

Yes, I've used it many times with my exfat formatted 256gb card and have had no problems yet with mine (knock on wood). Only time I've ever had a corrupted card was plugging it into the PC multiple times when transferring games; I no longer use the PC to transfer games I just use FTP. May take longer, but beats the alternative. The sx os cheat function doesnt work very well though. Ive never had such a difficult time finding cheats like this before with a similar cheat engine. So far I haven't had any success getting searched cheats to work. TX talk about finding Master codes, but that seems too complex given its not immediately explained in their cheat searcher. Nonetheless, I confirm I haven't had a corruption with exfat yet and I've dumped offsets almost 30 times now with multiple games.

Hey guys what if I just use the cheats from github and Never use the cheat search? Then im Ok?
Is the curroption only happens when you search for cheats or even when you just use them?

Only search function will corrupt it.

I used it successfully with ExFat to make about a dozen different searches, no corruption; I only stopped doing it due to the number of reports of corruption from other users.

I do use one of those fancy, ultra-fast SD cards rated for 4K video recording; I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

Any homebrew can cause corruption on ExFAT formatted SD Cards.
This issue seems to be a problem with Nintendo's implementation of ExFAT file system (according to various Git repos) and isn't likely to be solved any time soon.

Retroarch corrupted my exfat SD card the other day so I finally made the switch to FAT32.
The only hassle is splitting XCIs, but that isnt any extra steps for me since I run my XCI's through XCI-Cutter 2.4.2 anyways and that has an option to split the output.
