Hacking Doubts about online and CFW in Nintendo Switch

Hello guys I want to buy the ns Atmosphere injector for my nintendo switch, I like play fortnite and paladins but I know if I installed a CFW to my nintendo switch I need to turn on the airplane mode and nothing to play online, but if I turn off the console and try to play fortnite or paladins nintendo will banned me? Other option that I read in a forum is to make a backup of my OFW and restore it when I want to play online my legal games. Sorry for my english and I hope that can help me with my doubts.

If you want to play online simply DO NOT HACK YOUR SYSTEM. If you MUST hack it however, do a full back up of your unhacked(Clean) NAND and everytime you want to play online you have to restore said back up
