Hi, the thread title might be somewhat unclearly described, but bear with me. Been trying to google the answer + search the answer on here - but came up with nothing I could make sense of...

Anyways... I have a EUROPEAN Switch - currently on untouched 3.01.

Now my question is - would any of the current cfw's allow me access to the e-shop both for Europe and the US / Japan - I am looking NOT to pirate games, but to be able to play both my European cart games and my Japanese / US ones. - again - I know the games are region free - but not the DLC...

The thing is I like my carts. So - first I am in Europe - and have thus bought a European Switch. Mega Man X Legacy Collection part 2 - was ONLY released in physical format in japan - so I ended up ordering that from CDJapan as it even had English language and text. - next Mega Man 11 came out. Again - no European cart release. So I ended up ordering this one from the US.

Soooo again - games all work fine if I'd update, but for now I choose not to -

as I am hoping there will be a LEGAL way for me to obtain DLC for all these three regions at once using one Switch, with a cfw? I have no problems using a vpn. I already do. But can I somehow access all 3 stores - and keep DLC / Saves from all 3 regions without bricking my Switch or breaking the long arms of the law? Is there any option out there, with Atmosphére, ReiNX, SXOS and all others out there?

I just want to play the games in full?

Sorry for the long blurb, but I feel lost, dazed and confused - any ideas?

You can add multiple accounts from different regions.
There is no compatibility issue with different Saves.

You can also just change the region of your current account at accounts.nintendo.com

I do it all the time and by now I've already E-shopped all over the world.

Want to stay legal? Don't hack your Switch.
If you load a CFW and go online, expect to be banned sooner or later.

Nintendo has been adding more and more ways they detect CFW, and getting more and more strict with their bans. Don't hack it if you still want to keep using eShop.

If only there was a viable alternative to eShop that CFW users could use to download and install games from the internet. Maybe someday...

well yeah seems like i don't have to at all ;) unless i get annoyed w the idea of paying for non-physical games. We'll see, but i doubt it for now. The one reason right now would be retro emulators, but i guess it might cost more than it tastes...

Will usage of Lakka cause bans?
