Hacking [Luma3DS 9.1 - N3DS XL] FBI and Sys Menu weirdness

3DS menu doesn't detect SD card and FBI gives this error when attempting to access the card:
Failed to open file listing archive.
Result code: 0xC8A04572
Level: Status (25)
Summary: Invalid state (5)
Module: FS (17)
Desc: <unknown> (370)
Any help?
BTW Godmode9 and Luma detect it.
EDIT: Fixed. Formatted with GM9 and that was all it took to fix it.

New discovery, installing any CIA (even from the NAND) will give the exact same error.

Can't link, but

1. Copy everything off the SD card onto your computer.
2. Reformat the card as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size with Windows File Explorer or guiformat.
3. Check the empty card in an Full Write + Verify Test with H2testw.
4. If the card passes, delete the *.h2w test files and copy everything back to it.
5. Re-examine 3DS behavior.
