Hacking I just got second switch , should i buy SX pro for it?

I just got another switch without sx pro. Can other os run nsp games? Or i must buy sx again?

The SX Pro can be used to load CFW on any console but the license embedded within is tied to the console it was activated upon. If you want to use SX Pro on your second Switch, you should only need to buy the license for it aka SX OS. However why not just use any of the available free CFW on the second console like ReiNX or Atmosphere? They support .NSP and .XCI files as well as being freely available.

That's not that OP is asking, OP is asking if they can run the SX OS that they purchased on a second Switch. At least that's what i THINK they are asking

yes i already have a sx pro and i know , i cannot run it on another switch.
With autorcm available, i am just asking if nsp are playable on other cfw.

And I am telling you again, that you can. And you can even install XCIs.

You can install .XCI files using homebrew apps such as ZeroTwoXCI or dOPUS and they are as detectable as .XCI loading (because Nintendo doesn't scan the USER partition supposedly).

As others have said, you can use other free CFW (like ReiNX or RajNX) to install and play NSP games.
BUT you can also use your same SX pro dongle to boot your 2nd Switch into the free CFW.

All you need to do is:
1. Download the "SX Gear" boot.dat from the Xecuter official site
2. Rename the CFW's payload file (e.g. ReiNX.bin) to payload.bin

The dongle just needs these 2 files on your SD card (along with the CFW files) and it will work as a dongle for those free CFW as well. AND you can still use it on your 1st Switch to boot SX OS.
