Basically install any NSP and go online with that NSP and your risk of banning goes up quite a bit.
Stick to just homebrew and emulators online and your have less risk (still a risk)... just back up nand, hack do what you want offline, then restore clean nand and go online

It's probably faster to search it for yourself since this topic was discussed several times, but alright.

Just make sure you make a full NAND backup using hekate, hack your switch, and whenever you feel like playing online restore the previously backed up NAND. Of course, you are going to be losing all the settings and games you have downloaded while on CFW, but this is the safest way available right now.

You can try the new "emuNAND" feature of SX OS 2.0, for now noone knows if Ninty can detect it or not. You are carrying the responsibility if your console gets banned and you have been warned. /s

That means I cant play installed .nsp online?
Also, is the chance of getting banned low or high?

That is correct. As for chances it depends on what you do. I'd say that just having homebrew and going online gives you a low to mid chance of getting banned and going online with pirated .NSP gives you a high chance of getting banned. Keep in mind that bans happen in waves so they aren't instant

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Extremely high of chance to get instant ban.

Ban aren't instant unless you're actively cheating online

Sure thing but likely in hours.

Then, using SX OS will be better?

Will using cheats get banned too?

Cheats are cause for instant ban

Sure thing but likely in hours.
And again you are wrong. Bans happen in waves. Unless you're actively cheating online, you will only get flagged and then banned when the next wave happens. And only Nintendo knows when the next wave is coming

My 2 Switches got banned after playing non-cert xci, like 5-6 hours after getting the warning nag.

My Nintendo Switch will probably get cornered after time. Cuz I also don't want to waste money on Nintendo Switch Online.

Yes if you have enough experiences to undertand how the nand works and to setup "proper" emunand, the chance of getting ban will be lower than running homebrew with high tech of anti-telemetry and creport. However, you have to play purchased games on sysnand anyway.
