Hacking Is it possible for Super Mario All-Stars (disc) to be converted to a *.wad file?

Believe me when I say that all what Super Mario All-Stars for the Wii is is just Virtual Console burned onto a disc. I checked the file sizes, and it ends on 9MB, the same as a Virtual Console size. I even extracted a VC wad and the disc to compare the files, LITERALLY THE SAME.

I tried converting it in the past, it just ended up showing a black screen...
So? Is it possible?

i dont know if this helps but couldnt you just download the rom and inject it into an actual vc .wad file and install it that way? it is compatible with super metroid also there is no mention of Super Mario All Stars+ World, I assume it would be the same but it may not function due to the file size increase.
