Hardware broken volume slider test or alternate pinout request. thank you!

A few years back I broke the flat cable from the volume slider of my 3DS XL both on the slider itself and the main board. I did a small repair and soldered 4 wires from the slider to the main board and it worked and held up well... until recently. The solder joints had come loose traveling on holiday and have ruined the traces on the motherboard.
So my question are there any alternate points or test points on the other side of the board I can solder the audio to?

You could always get a mini speaker that plugs into the audio port. you'll get way better sound from the system

well actually the traces arnt there at all now fml, ill update with a picture shortly, the audio is permanently on, so atleast ive not lost sound... i just cant adjust the volume.
