Hi, before to inject the payload I made a backup of my nand, in particulary I made a backup of "eMMC RAW GPP" but i saw a lot of guides saying that must be done a backup of "eMMC BOOT0/1" too, i made a mistake? Or "eMMC RAW GPP" backup is enough?
You can still make a backup of boot0/boot1. I would make one before installing AutoRCM so its not installed into your backup of boot0/boot1. But a full dump requires the rawnand (eMMC raw GPP) as well as boot0/boot1.Hi, before to inject the payload I made a backup of my nand, in particulary I made a backup of "eMMC RAW GPP" but i saw a lot of guides saying that must be done a backup of "eMMC BOOT0/1" too, i made a mistake? Yes, boot0/boot1 is only affected by AutoRCM and firmware updates. Outside of that, it is not affected by backups or CFW.Can i do this also if i have already a CFW and installed few games?
The boot0/boot1 will only change if you update or toggle AutoRCM; non-malicious payloads have no bearing on those partitions.Thank you, sorry for my stubbornness, so if do this backup before inject payload or after inject payload, i will get the exactly same file? No differences?
